I didn't cook the rice exactly--it was like when I would make lasagne. So I only put about 2 tbsp of butter in the thickened soup and 1 tsp of flour on the medium/light side. I used Sean's chopped broccoli which I had and really liked. His videos are awesome--very easy--just be careful about the "spray hammer" component of the mixture because it can be a little intimidating. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil--and yes, I did "spray" the broccoli with the vegetable oil prior to cooking. Not necessary but nice feature--nice way to add some different flavor in a basic recipe.
