1 (4 pound) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, jumbo
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
8 slices bacon, diced
8 slices turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons white sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 12x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and bacon.
In a medium bowl, mix eggs and sugar. Stir them into cream cheese mixture and mix well.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the bottom and spoon mixture over the top. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the potato flakes, and the top is golden.
