Caramel Satellite Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix pineapple in water and pineapple juice. Allow it to cool. Place pineapple and ice in chilled container of ice maker. Fill container to the top with pineapple and pineapple juice. Chill in refrigerator until serving.

I love acai bowls and did not find any acai berries in the Asian food section of the store. So I just made this recipe. I doubled the cream cheese and made it quick and easy. Note that I used white instead of dark rum. Came out pretty darn good!
