5 egg whites
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup rice milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8 inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, mix egg whites and egg yolks. Beat in oil and rice milk. Pour batter into prepared pan, spreading evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely. Meanwhile, frost cake with frosting using a fork or pastry bag. Chill until ready to frost remaining frosting. Form into a 9-inch square. Frost sides and back with frosting. Chill in refrigerator before cutting into squares.
