6 grapefruit, pitted and sliced
2 oranges, juiced and sliced
1 lemon
1 orange, juiced and sliced
1 peach, sliced into rounds
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup chopped apple
5 egg whites
1 egg yolks
1 egg white
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Place grapefruit, orange, lemon, orange and peach slices in a large bowl. Mix together and place in a medium bowl.
Dip slices of grapefruit into lemon juice to make lemon-lime flavored dip. Set aside to cool.
Combine lemon-lime whipped cream, egg yolks, lemon juice, egg yolks, lemon juice, lemon juice, lemon juice, lemon juice and peach slices into a small saucepan. Mix thoroughly. Spread lemon-lime whipped cream over grapefruit slices. Chill grapefruit slices until serving.
Spread half of lemon-lime flavored dip onto grapefruit slices; pour lemon-lime whipped cream over the other half of grapefruit slice. Return grapefruit slices to refrigerate until serving.
