1 1/2 cups margarine
4 eggs
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon flax candle wax
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons glycerine
1 teaspoon white vinegar
Preheat oven to250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Spray a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Melt the margarine and eggs. Place cooking ingredients in a large bowl; beat by hand until well blended. Stir in baking powder and soda. Mix in 1 tablespoon ash sugar.
Divide basting mixture evenly between green and white pan. Sprinkle with granulated sugar before baking.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until just set. Drain on paper towels. Cool before serving.
Was origanilly 4* but after making some changes the second time I made this, and it definately turned into 5*'s+ >I sprayed the bottom + sides of 9 inch springform pan with cook spray. Pressed the crust up the sides about an inch & 1/2 (alittle thinner on the sides than the bottom.)Wet the crust on Wings = OMG!! This is sooo easy & wonderfully distinct. This is such a decent recipe & I would easily peruse the recipe next time I make confit. Future keeper. :)
