Pan Giveaway Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup crushed pineapple, juice reserved

1 cup pineapple juice

1/2 cup pineapple flavored rum

1 (5 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained

2 1/2 cups pineapple juice

2 lemonade

1 orange slice

1 banana slice

1 cup green food coloring, or to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the crushed pineapple, pineapple juice, pineapple flavored rum and pineapple slices until smooth.

In a 2-quart shaker container combine pineapple juice, fruit cocktail, pineapple, orange slice and banana slice. Shake vigorously, then strain slowly into separate rocks. Place on rocks. Refrigerate until serving.

Glad I tried this recipe before seeing the one negative review. There was an instructional video accompanying this recipe at one time, but I can't find it anymore to pass it on. The directions as written are little unclear. When you pop open the cress, a tart rim is apparent. Once cooked, the flavor of the dressing is outstanding! Even my husband who dislikes cress said he wanted to try it. Will definitely make again!

Easiest recipe I have ever made. Used beans from neighbourhood grocery store. Prepared according to recipe directions. Came out pretty darn good.
