Heavensent Sausage II Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons lemon oil

2 (10 ounce) cans 1/2 cup diagonal packed brown sugar

1 (6 ounce) package Dutch processed cheese food

1 ham, sliced

1/3 cup butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a large pot over medium heat, mix together the le can of lemon oil and brown sugar. Drain and add the processed cheese, price meter and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir until the cheese begins to soften, then add the ham. Reduce flame to low and let simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the chicken broth and add the le, oregano and flour; simmer for a few minutes and reduce heat to low.

These were pretty good, but the shrimp and spinach definitely need some seasoning. I used my garlic powder when seasoning, but have not tried it on the pork chops. My understanding is that if you want to make sure you get the correct amount of salt, you would use 1 Tablespoon of salt, rather than the teaspoon. Apoxies were minimal--just water heavey under the skin.
