1/4 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup packed light yellow sugar
1/3 cup packed light yellow (non-fat) wheat cereal
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Lightly grease a non-stick baking sheet.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, light brown sugar and yellow sugar until smooth. Beat in the wheat cereal. Roll the one-quarter cup of dough into a 1/8 inch thick. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool completely on baking sheet.
