1 (16 ounce) package flour tortillas
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 tablespoon dried oregano
3 cups beef broth
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
25 fresh tomatoes, diced
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to make 3 32 inch circles. Cut each circle into 5 small squares. Place 4 squares of dough on the prepared baking dish, seam side down. Brush with oil, leaving blank space in center. Top and bottom edges of squares with mozzarella cheese, cheese, and mushrooms. Place squares on baking sheet. Brush with tomato paste.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
