1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (5 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (10 ounce) can refried beans
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

In a medium mixing bowl, whip cream cheese and taco seasoning until fluffy. Mix in refried beans, salsa, cheese and stake. Drizzle mixture over hot, shredded tortilla chips.
