1 pound ground beef
1 (16 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 pound sliced mushroom caps
1 (7 ounce) can mushroom gravy
1 large tomato, sliced
3 onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup canned tomato paste
2 teaspoons Sriracha (or hot pepper sauce)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large skillet saute the ground beef, mushrooms, mushroom caps and gravy for 5 minutes.
In a small saucepan, combine tomato, onion, mushrooms and tomato paste.
Heat vegetable oil in a large saucepan or large skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Add beef, mushrooms and tomato paste to salted skillet or skillet.
Stir the skillet mixture into the bottom of a 12 inch pizza pan.
Using a toothpick or fork, press the meat mixture into the center of each crust.
Remove crust from oven and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, turning to cool completely.
Remove pie from oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
