2 eggs
3 cups white sugar
2 (3 ounce) packages instant French vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 pounds fresh strawberries, sliced
1 egg white
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Heat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a 9x13 inch pan with foil.
Beat eggs and sugar together, beat in pudding mix mixture, 1 pound strawberries, egg white, milk and lemon juice; set aside.
Beat cream cheese, 2/3 cup milk, butter or margarine, lemon zest and vanilla together, and place cream cheese mixture in prepared pan; transfer mixture to pan; smoothen top.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until filling is set. Cool completely. Roll in whipped topping to cool. Store in refrigerator in refrigerator.
