Ham and Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

6 ounces ham seasoned with salt and pepper

3 tablespoons powdered butter

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon baby-shredded fresh parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

Blend together butter and flour. Cut each item into about 4 wedges. Dissolve onion and ham in butter/flour mixture. Stir in bread crumbs. Spoon mixture into small baking dish, creating  a triangular shape about 2 inches square. Sprinkle top with French onion crumbs. Pour Dutch cheese mixture over meats and top with cheese (if desired). Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 90 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and hot. Cool completely.
