1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup pitted black olives
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
2 small yellow limes - peeled, pitted, and sliced
In a saucepan combine olive oil, olive olives, lemon juice, paprika, and limes. Temporarily stir to coat and let cool.
Remove from saucepan and cool completely. Serve in salads, in sandwiches, or over ice cubes in cocktails.
