12 pounds medium potatoes, peeled
2 large carrots, minced
12 egg yolks
2 cups water
1 cup chicken bouillon granules
3 teaspoons lemon zest
12 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
In a large mixing bowl, mix together potatoes, carrots, eggs, water, bouillon, lemon zest, parsley and onion powder. Pour into seeds or tubs, ratched together and seal. Refrigerate if chilling.
Broil 5 to 7 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
