Cookie Soup IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter

1 egg

1/2 cup white sugar

1 cup milk

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

3 cups frozen hash brown popcorn, thawed

3 tablespoons ground black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) jumbo muffin liners or line with paper muffin liners.

In a small bowl, cream together butter, egg, sugar and milk. Beat in flour and baking soda. Add to cream mixture. Stir in popcorn and pepper. Pour mixture into prepared liners.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 35 minutes. Allow to cool.

There were a few ingredients in the toolkit that I did not know or respond to. I was nervous about frying the green beans, so I did not follow the recipe exactly. I let them cool completely before hitting the grill. I could not have been more happy with the way they came out and would definitely make them again.
