1 cup butter
1 egg
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups frozen hash brown popcorn, thawed
3 tablespoons ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) jumbo muffin liners or line with paper muffin liners.
In a small bowl, cream together butter, egg, sugar and milk. Beat in flour and baking soda. Add to cream mixture. Stir in popcorn and pepper. Pour mixture into prepared liners.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 35 minutes. Allow to cool.
