1 whole cloves
1 cup kahlua liqueur
5 whole peppercorns
1 cup crushed pineapple
2 tablespoons bittersweet chocolate
2 tablespoons lemon zest
Fill a large glass with ice and pour kahlua into glass. Top with peppercorns and crushed pineapple. Pour into glasses and pour chocolate sauce over chilled pineapple. Chill at least 3 hours before bottling.
