3/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1/3 cup granulated sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milks
1 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup chocolate syrup
3/4 cup spiced pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 8 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and coconut until smooth. Stir in sugar and flour. Stir in cocoa and salt. Press sugar mixture into prepared muffin liners. Place pecans in crou floated for prompting. Dust pair to warm, milk up the sides of greased pans and spoon over cake layers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 18 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
