1 (1 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix

1 cup chicken broth
2 eggs
1 8 ounce container frozen French bread crumbs, thawed
1 cup parfait-flavored carbonated beverage
1 (8 ounce) can full fat unsalted butter or margarine, chilled
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Cut chicken into cubes (ex. Maute chicken breast into 1/2 inch pieces). Place cubes in a shallow baking dish.
Mix in pudding mix, red onion, lemon, chicken pieces, broth, eggs, and crumbs. Spoon mixture into rectangular baking dishes.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees F) for 45 minutes.
