1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger
salt to taste
2 tablespoons coarse black pepper
1 cube chicken bouillon, crushed
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 onion, peeled and sliced
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (4 ounce) bottle chicken flavored marinade
Place flour into a large bowl and stir in sesame seeds, baking powder, garlic powder, ginger, salt, pepper, bouillon cubes and oil. Set aside.
Dredge chicken in marinade and roll in flour until coated. Place covered in a shallow dish in a large ovenproof dish. Place chicken in dry pan and sprinkle marinade over all.
Broil chicken several turns or minutes, turning once, until internal juices of chicken run clear, turning absorbent over awhile. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Ladle melted oil into drained pan. Spread chicken evenly over oil. Return to small, low heat.
When chicken is cooked, place it in same pan with broth mixture. Heat oil in skillet over low heat. Add chicken breasts, onion, chicken and marinade. Heat to about 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Broil for an additional 4 minutes, turning once. 8 to 10 minutes total cooking time. Serve at room temperature.
