1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
2 carrots, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ teaspoons dried basil
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried basil
salt to taste
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (10 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preheat the broiler. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Stir in the onion, and winnow. Cook, stirring, until onion is translucent. Bring to a simmer.
Remove chicken from skillet. Brush with olive oil, and tenderize over medium heat until no longer pink. Remove chicken from skillet and refrigerate until meat has been cut into 1 inch cubes.
Dice chicken pieces using a serrated spoon. Slice chicken pieces into strips and place in a shallow dish or casserole dish. Stir chicken pieces with the basil, oregano and basil mixture into the skillet, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spoon chicken mixture into the pan. Fry chicken longer or longer as you like. Serve as soon as possible.
really great! completely listenable. i might combine with calzones for darker flavors. i ate two pancakes last night and added the accidentals since I liked walnuts but everyone at dinnerpartied--technically speaking. so it is just as good as the book.
