Cocoa Crunchs Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup boiling water

2 1/2 cups milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Combine the butter, brown sugar, light brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat well.

Combine the flour, baking soda, and boiling water. Add to butter mixture just until moist. Stir the lemon mixture and flour mixture into the butter mixture.

Spread evenly into cookie sheet. Bake for about 8 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
