1 pound ground beef
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 pint heavy cream
2 tablespoons red wine
1 cup white wine
1 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup dry vermouth
In a large bowl, mix together beef, tomato paste and heavy cream. Mix wine and tomato juice.
Pour vodka into a blender with ice cubes. Blend blender until smooth. Pour vodka mixture over beef mixture. Cover blender and refrigerate, stirring occasionally to make sure meat mixture does not split. Serve with tortillas or taco salad chips.
