Creamy Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs

2 cups milk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup plain yogurt

1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 3 (8 ounce) loaf pans.

In a large bowl, beat eggs until fluffy. Stir in milk, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, baking powder, cinnamon and yogurt. Mix well. Fold in butter. Pour mixture into prepared pans.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Turn oven off and let cool completely.
