3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 egg
1 large vanilla bean, finely crushed
1 cube butter, softened
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon pure chocolate syrup
In a small saucepan cream together the butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, and cheese until smooth; set aside.
Combine sugar, egg and vanilla in a blender, and blend until sugar is completely dissolved. Place butter mixture in flour, stirring after each addition.
Slowly stir brown sugar and chocolate syrup into butter mixture, pouring into bottom of crocktop bottom crust and forming a little depression. Cover and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
