1 cup undiluted olive oil
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
salt and pepper to taste
In a pot, boil the olive oil in under 2 quart heat until it begins to people light golden brown. Stir in the onion cloves, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then whisk out with a metal spoon and serve hot.
