1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 scotch bonnet dashes
1 pint olive oil
1 large tomato, seeded and cut into flakes
1 large white onion, diced
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon capers
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 cups sliced green olives
2 cups butter
1 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons molasses
In a medium bowl, blend celery, onion, garlic powder, and chopped celery. Mix in olive oil, tomato, onion, lemon juice, capers, green onions, olive carrots, lemon zest and water. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
