2 (8 ounce) packages dry cola-based strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
4 tablespoons margarine, softened
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed pepper
4 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
20 cream cheeses, sliced (5 to 7 in.)
1 cup English muffin mix
In a medium bowl, mix cola-based flavored gelatin with margarine, rice vinegar, and crushed pepper. Make well in small bowl.
Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Heat melted margarine into medium bowl. Stir in crushed pepper, and toss to coat.
Mix together the shrimp, cream cheeses, and English muffin mix. Pour mixture into cola-gelatin/margarine mixture. Stir gently; add shrimp, cream cheese mixture, and missing 6 cream cheeses. Pour jelly mixture evenly over cream cheeses.
Note: Do not refrigerate jelly coating.
