1 (3 ounce) package cinnamon flavored Jell-O mix
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup boiling water
1 (.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 pint whipping cream
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate dessert crust
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a large bowl, beat gelatin until thickened. Stir in water until almost completely dissolved. Beat in boiling water and cooled gelatin mixture. Beat until stiff. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Garnish with the pudding mix.
Beat cream in large bowl until blended with gelatin mixture. Beat with wooden spoon until fluffy. Pour hot cream filling over gelatin layer and top with whipped topping.
