2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon black pepper
1 (14 ounce) can kidney beans
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
3 tablespoons cumin seeds
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir onion in oil 3 minutes, or until tender. Stir in garlic and oregano; cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in basil and oregano. Stir in oregano, basil, oregano, basil, black pepper, beans, soy sauce and chili powder. Reduce heat to medium; simmer for 5 minutes.
Add chili powder, cumin, beans and rice. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
