1 small orange, sliced
3 seeded bananas
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup sliced bananas
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon orange juice
4 cups chopped pecans
In a blender or food processor, chop the orange and banana together. Place oranges and bananas in blender or food processor. Pulse until fruit is coated with pulp. Pour cream into 2 quart dish and spread evenly over fruit, letting the entire surface of fruit hang. Refrigerate while preparing fruit.
Also spoon fruit mixture over fruit of pineapple and bananas and sprinkle with pecans. Chill mixture covered until serving.
Good and easy. A little more complex than I thought. I liked the blend of flavors. It would have been nicer if I could have gotten more than one star rating for the recipe. It is simple enough.
