Pineapple Pie V Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) can sliced pineapple

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (5 ounce) can sliced pineapple, with juice

1 pint heavy whipping cream

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) can sliced pineapple with juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch-square baking dish.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, pineapple and pineapple with juice. Stir in whipping cream, vanilla pudding mix, cream cheese and pineapple with juice. Mix gently until well blended.

Transfer this mixture to the prepared pan, leaving approximately 1/4 inch of space. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven and allow to cool, about 1 hour.

Pour pineapple mixture into cooled baking dish. Spread with cream cheese mixture on top of pie. Place second layer of pie on top of pie. Fill with pineapple mixture. Chill for at least 1 hour, or until serving time.
