2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 tablespoon crumbs
1/4 cup butter
1 onion, diced
1/2 cup cold water
3 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 (8 ounce) can soda limeade concentrate
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 (8 ounce) packages Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease and flour a 2 inch square baking dish.
Place one big red potato on baking pan. Spread some of the mixture across top of meat!
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 90 minutes or until golden brown. Lightly pour mixture on top of meat, then brush with remaining crumbs and butter and onion. Bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes. Add another onion and sprinkle with limeade.
In a large bowl, combine the spaghetti sauce, pineapple and cheese. Arrange meat, stuffing mixture and potato mixture over filling. Top with vegetables. Bake uncovered for an additional 45 minutes, or until brown. Serve warm.
