Chocolate Sheets (French) Recipe

2 eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 cup plain yogurt
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 (18.25 ounce) package Betty Crocker Ultimate Chocolate Recipe Chocolate Fingers Recipe
8 tablespoons cold butter
2 cups confectioners' sugar
8 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (14 ounce) can Betty Crocker Ultimate Fudgey
8 (1 ounce) squares candy coated aluminum-coated chocolate pieces
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sugar, one-third at a time, until well blended. Continue to stir until mixture is slightly sticky. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and butter mixture.
Spread batter evenly onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 9 to 13 minutes in the preheated oven. When cookies are done line them with sheets of parchment paper. Let fudge set up before removing from paper.
