1 (.25 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (16 ounce) can diced green chile peppers
1 (8 ounce) bottle chili sauce mix
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers, drained
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 egg, beaten
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mushrooms, green chile peppers, chili sauce, sour cream and green chile peppers. Shape mixture into 1 configuration. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Arrange tortilla chips in your favorite container. Chill for at least 3 hours. Drain and melt cream cheese mixture. Serve cool and distribute in small portions.
