1 (19 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 (6 ounce) cans crushed pineapple
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) package white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix orange juice, pineapple, cream cheese and eggs. Stir orange mixture into pineapple mixture, then mix in the vanilla. Spread mixture on the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and bake an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle the white chocolate chips evenly over the top.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until all of the pineapple mixture has been used.
