2 eggs 1 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1 pinch salt
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce (optional)
2 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
10 ounces butter, softened
8 sprigs fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
30 black pecans, peeled
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Beat eggs with butter, sugar, and flour in small bowl until frothy. Stir in chili sauce, pecans, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over eggs, closing to moisten.
Bake in preheated oven/oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Cool completely.
