1 cup butter, softened
2 (5 ounce) cans coconut cream
1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix
2 (16 ounce) cans frozen orange juice concentrate
1 1/4 cups milk
2 cups whipped cream
2 tablespoons almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
In a large glass or metal mixing bowl, cream butter with coconut cream until light and fluffy; stir in pudding mix and orange juice concentrate. Beat in milk and whipping cream. Remove from heat; beat in brown sugar and almond extract. Pour into glass or metal mixing bowl just before serving.
