2 (8 ounce) packages goat cheese, cubed
1 cup milk
1 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons lemon zest
1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, mix goat cheese, milk, sugar, lemon juice, lime juice, vanilla extract and lemon zest. Mix well and refrigerate. Serve at room temperature or add ice cubes if desired.
