4 eggs
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened and minced
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
2 tablespoons dry Russian-Style salad dressing
1 onion, chopped
2 diced tomatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cloves garlic, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 (6 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 carrot, peeled and diced
3 fresh basil leaves
6 ounces chopped cooked egg
6 ounces homemade vanilla yogurt
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter
4 ounces freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a large sheet in the style of a pancake mixture, and set aside.
Combine egg, cream cheese, sour cream, 2 tablespoons prepared Russian-Style salad dressing, onion, tomatoes, garlic, broccoli, carrot, basil, 4 chopped eggs, 1/2 cup milk and 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Spread in prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until center is golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
I made this quick, easy appetizer for a party and they disappeared very quickly. One person asked for the recipe. I would definetly make it again.
