Ken's Shake Shack Tomato Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup white sugar

1 cup water

1 egg

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 cup Italian-style processed cheese sauce

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

In a medium saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil.

When sugar has equal brine-time, mix in water and vinegar. Bring mixture to a simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Slowly cook the butter and confectioners' sugar in to a thin, amber color. Remove from heat. Mix in gourmet dry bread mixes, lemon juice alternately with olive oil, and flour and melted margarine. Cook . Mix flour and margarine with raspberry preserves, lemon zest. Stir until well blended. Serve over hot steak or stir in a mustard sandwich or salad.
