1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
2 egg yolks
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon margarine
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup shredded Italian cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup shredded Italian cheese
1 tablespoon prepared Italian-style salad dressing
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Heat 2 tablespoons mayonnaise in a small saucepan, and whisk together with 1 egg yolks. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, blend the mayonnaise, egg yolks, milk, margarine, basil, parsley, flour, oil, Italian cheese, and cream cheese.
Pour mixture into the bottom of 8 x 8 inch loaf pan, and spread to within 1/2 inch of edge of pan. Cover with foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, allowing egg yolks to set.
