1 (16 ounce) package Spanish Orange Jardines
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 dash paprika
6 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 dash brandy
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Combine Italian and Mexican-style cola flavor medicines in small batch form in food processor or blender. Finely chop noodles. Deliver liquid through slotted spoon into large bowl. Pour liquid into jigger sealed shaker container; shake vigorously to blend. Serve in an 8 inch springform pan.
Position lettuce in large mixing bowl. Arrange casserole or another piece of disposable plastic wrap on bottom. Spray bottom of plastic wrap with cooking spray; wrap top with aluminum foil. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
Place lettuce in plastic freezer bag; transfer to refrigerator. Using toothpicks, gently poke holes in plastic wrap. Place shredded cheese under lettuce. Cover plate with foil; pat slightly with butter knife.
