4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
4 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/3 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup all-purpose flour for dusting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat chocolate, cocoa, butter, milk, eggs and brown sugar until smooth. Stir in brown sugar, cocoa and butter until smooth. Combine the flour and baking soda; stir into chocolate mixture until well blended. Spread batter evenly onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean. Turn onto a wire rack and cool in pan. Dust with cocoa dust at 10 minute intervals.
