2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1 cup whole milk
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, brown sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated. Combine the flour, baking soda, vinegar, and milk; gradually mix into the creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
