1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
1 cup raisins
1/3 cup white sugar for garnish
1/2 pound Provence ground almonds
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup light cream
In a small bowl combine egg and salt and set aside. In a corrugated mixture, beat together egg, sesame oil and 1 cup sugar. Stir almonds, and 2 cup water, until all begins to thicken. Stir in cream, and pour onto prepared dish.
Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
