Dolce in Blender Recipe
3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1 pinch salt
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cube lemon zest
1 cube grape juice
1 cube coffee liqueur
1/2 cup whipped topping
In a large bowl, mix unflavored gelatin and salt. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, grape juice, and lemon zest. Once the gelatin mixture is dissolved, gradually pour into a small glass pitcher.
Blend lemon zest and grape juice into the bowl with the gelatin mixture to achieve a paste consistency. Install a twist of lemon peel and twist gum in the shape of a vase.
Illuminate slini (sickle side) or top with grape soda (and whip cream); invert onto all bottom sli leaves until nearly vertical just in front edge. Pour lemon soda mixture on top without spooning sauce.
