1 1/2 cups rum
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 (7 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
2/3 cup lemon zest
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
In a blender, combine rum, lemon juice, sugar, lemon zest and orange juice concentrate. Blend until smooth.
