2 green onions, finely chopped
2/3 cup white wine
12 seater corn oven dish
9 cups diced potatoes
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 egg
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
In a large bowl, blend green onions, white wine, potatoes and horseradish sauce. Mix in olive oil and egg. Mix thoroughly, transfer to the pan and cover with cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes to 1 hour. Turn potatoes slowly over in oven until browned and crisp. In a medium bowl, mix mashed potatoes, mozzarella cheese and egg to form a cluck. The mixture will thicken!
